The May Report: 9/7/2011: It’s deja vu all over again! What is there to say? If you have not been living in a cave, today’s [sic: yesterday's] news is not surprising but I would not blame Andrew Mason: the fundamentals are not right. Groupon postpones and possibly cancels its road show and re-evaluates the IPO; Melissa Harris, you got sold a bill of goods last week — wake up and smell the coffee; I tried to send this report late yesterday afternoon but it did not go and I was under time pressure to file my Reply in my defamation case

The May Report: 9/2/2011: Melissa Harris, you may be an OK or even decent reporter but your math and logic skills may need some work. Right in your article you had the all the info. you needed to connect the dots and figure out that Fango was sold for about $2MM — See the article for my dots and logic; Bromance, Food Genius and much more. Three more reports to come

The May Report: 9/1/2011: What else does Brad Williams from Grpupon know about illegal or unethical conduct at Groupon? Brad, we hardly knew ye, so call me ASAP; There is nothing like a deadline to get the blood going: Less than 30 minutes left until 11pm CST to get the early bird discount at Funding Feeding Frenzy and no, I have dropped out of their so-called “affiliate” program so this is just a public service and not a money making proposition; Will Howard Schultz resign from the Groupon board since he caved to pressure on Willow Creek and now that major investor publications are taking a whack at their behavior?; Isn’t Groupon playing with fire in its 90 days (or whatever) of leaking and violating SEC regulations, besides the summer of living dangerously, didn’t Brad and Eric at least learn something from the divine interVentures experience when Flip yapped his trap?; Jeff Carter says that they announced at Excelerate yesterday that Fango from the Class of 2010 was sold — no price and no purchaser named; I have been laughing my a** off about the sloppy “journalism” in the Crain’s puff piece on Excelerate’s Demo Day yesterday: I know that Brad Feld didn’t show up and he was there last year, but Lynne Marek, how can you write a paragraph with a straight face about Mark Achler going from entrepreneur to angel investor and NOT mention the failure of Kettle Venture Partners — are you seriously expecting people to be impressed by Achler is carrying around a check for $2,000 — is cheapskate investor an apt term?; Mark, what will they buy with the $2K, lunch with Steve Lazarus or Al Wasserberger at Charlie Trotter’s and how much for the wine?
