* I just got a call at 7:10pm from a reader who tells me that the feds are up
Howerton’s butt for unpaid payroll taxes in excess of $200K! He told me to dig
deeper.

The person who called is about to drop a suit on Terry for almost $4MM for
stolen IP.

So, is Terry Ivan Howerton II a good guy who just can’t run a business or is he
a thief, a crook and a scam artist?

You tell me.

Lots of entrepreneurs have been there with the IRS on FICA payments. I was
there in 1989. The guy who called me was there in 1992, but shouldn’t the
chairman of the ITA, an organization that purports to be august, know better?

I love weeks like this, and I am not even at the awards.

Also, is it judgement or judgment?
